Mr. Kumer’s garage door somehow got a nasty dent in it when he and his family weren’t home. Whatever caused it, they needed a panel replaced.
The panel was bent badly out of shape, to the point where opening the garage door put the others around it at risk of grinding. So, we took the door off its tracks, unscrewed the screws holding the damaged panel in, and slid it out. Our inventory is big enough that finding a replacement panel of the same size and model as the rest of the Kumers’ was simple. We installed the new panel in place of the old one and gave them some tips on repainting the door.
